IAC has run for three years and remains extremely successful in getting young people and councillors communicating. Based online but with real teacher packs the event allows young people to question Councillors and vote for the one they want to win. One by one Councillors are evicted until we are left with the winner.

CampaignCreator is an online resource that allows grassroots campaigners to create and manage effective and credible campaign communications. We took the idea to Bristol City Council and successfully jointly bid for funding from the ODPM's e-Innovations fund. We then produced site for Bristol using Invention Media and their SpinGyro CMS.
The project was officially launched on March 10th 2006. The Guardian wrote this http://society.guardian.co.uk/e-public/story/0,,1736776,00.html
Gallomanor has produced the majority of the marketing communication pieces for the Local e-Democracy National Project starting with the logo and brand guidelines. We have also produced numerous brochures and printed items. The centrepiece of the project has been the production of four films for the project. Three concentrating on the implementation of e-Democracy products and one round table discussion focused on the evaluation of the project with Profs Stephen Coleman and Ann Macintosh.
LifeSwap helps to bridge the gap between disparate groups such as councillors and young people. The idea came from Fran Farrar of Norfolk County Children Services and it took place for the first time in Local Democracy Week 2005.

Voter Education Campaign - Introduction
In the 2002 Local Elections St Albans City and District Council piloted e-voting in two wards in the city. In Verulam and Sopwell wards voters were not going to be allowed to vote in the traditional manner at a polling booth. Instead they were being given the choice of voting by the internet, by phone, at an electonic kiosk or by post. Gallomanor were commissioned to produce a multi-media campaign to educate and reassure the electorate about the new voting methods. The campaign used video, CD's, print material and a range of branded merchandise to get the message across.
